Refund Policy

Subscriptions: full refund within 7 days of first purchase if no paid report has been generated. Cancellation is self-service, takes two clicks, and stops future charges immediately.

One-time reports: if generation fails, the purchase is refunded automatically. If a report is generated with incorrect birth details you entered, we will regenerate it once with corrected details at no charge.

No refund request will ever require a phone call. Email support responds within two business days.
